Riad Rose Eternelle - Marrakesh

our recent stay in marrakesh was incredible. riad rose orienta went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. from printing our boarding passes late at night to serving a delicious breakfast in the morning, the host mohamed was truly outstanding. the location was perfect, with easy access to the souk and other attractions. we couldn't have asked for more.

Limited accessibility after 9pm in the medina.

the caretaker were really good too communicate with me in English and ensure a comfortable stay.

Although the bathroom was clean, it did not have proper drainage, leading to constantly wet floors and a damp smell in the room. I found it odd that the hosts were living on the hotel, right next to our room.

Situated in a central location, this hotel offers easy access to the vibrant souk and popular attractions such as Jardin Secret. Guests appreciated the helpfulness of the hosts, who went above and beyond to make their stay comfortable. The breakfast consisted of delicious traditional Moroccan dishes, including roti-style bread and hot drinks. The relaxing roof terrace provided a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Some guests encountered difficulties returning to the hotel after 9pm due to closed doors in the Medina.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, especially Mohamed who went out of his way to make us feel welcome. The breakfast provided was good, with a variety of options including eggs, bread, and pastries. The location of the hotel was ideal, being centrally located and close to major attractions. Additionally, the rooftop terrace was a great place to relax and escape the hustle and bustle of the city.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the wifi was unreliable, making it difficult to communicate and check-in.

During my Christmas stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the two facts offered at this hotel. The caretaker did his best to speak English, which made communication easier for me. Additionally, the breakfast provided was sufficient and gave me a good start to my day.

There were a few downsides to my experience. the hotel was not marked on Google Maps, which made it tricky to find.

Centrally located, friendly staff, good breakfast, nice rooftop terrace.

Felt at home, no complaints.
